Our policies.

These are our standard terms. The specifics for your event, including your final total, are confirmed on your invoice and in the rental agreement you'll sign before your event, which is the governing document. Questions? Email info@gigglesevents.com.

Booking & deposit

A 10% deposit reserves your date and equipment. Until the deposit is received, dates and items are not held and remain available to other customers.

Payment in full

The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your event, before setup is complete. We'll provide an itemized invoice in advance. Acceptable payment methods are listed on your invoice.

Cancellation & rescheduling

• The 10% deposit is non-refundable.
• Need to move your date? Your deposit transfers to a new date, subject to availability, when you let us know in advance.
• If we cancel for any reason within our control, your deposit is fully refunded.

Weather

Safety always comes first. For everyone's protection, inflatables cannot be operated during storms, lightning, or high winds, consistent with manufacturer and safety guidelines. If conditions are unsafe on your event day, we'll work with you to move the setup indoors (where possible) or reschedule, and your deposit transfers to the new date. Weather-related rescheduling does not forfeit your deposit.

Delivery & service area

We proudly serve Central Florida. Delivery, professional setup, and takedown are included within our standard service area. Locations outside that area may include a travel fee, which we'll always quote up front, never a surprise.

Setup requirements

To set up safely we'll need:

• A clear, level space large enough for the unit plus a few feet of clearance on all sides.
• An accessible path from our vehicle to the setup spot (please tell us about stairs, narrow gates, or long carries).
• A power source within reach of the setup location, or let us know in advance and we can arrange a generator.
• The area free of pet waste, sharp objects, and overhead hazards before we arrive.

We'll confirm the exact footprint and requirements for your specific rental when you book.

Care & damage

Normal, reasonable use is expected and never a problem. The renter is responsible for the equipment while it's in their care and for damage beyond normal wear, including damage caused by misuse, failure to follow the safety rules, silly string, sharp objects, or leaving equipment unsecured in bad weather. Please keep units clean and dry when not in use.

Safety & supervision

• Responsible adult supervision is required at all times during use.
• No shoes, food, drinks, silly string, sharp objects, or face paint inside inflatables.
• Follow the posted rider limits and age guidelines for each unit.
• Exit the unit and turn off the blower in high winds or storms.

Insurance

Giggles & Gathering Events is fully insured. A certificate of insurance is available for parks and venues that require one, just ask when you book.

Rental agreement & waiver

All rentals include a rental agreement and liability waiver, which you'll review and sign before your event. That signed agreement, together with your invoice, governs your rental.
